Invisible Character generates zero-width and non-printing characters - zero-width space, zero-width non-joiner, zero-width joiner, word joiner, soft hyphen and byte-order mark - in the quantity you choose. They are useful for spacing in a display name, testing how a form handles invisible input, or reproducing a bug caused by a character nobody can see. The page is blunt about the risk. Invisible does not mean harmless: these code points can break a search, make two strings compare unequal, fail a password rule or survive into a database where they cause trouble later. Some apps strip them on paste, so a copied result may not behave the way the page shows. The output is the characters themselves, with a label and code point in the result so you know exactly what you copied. This page only generates them; it does not scan or remove them from existing text. Everything runs locally in your browser. A zero-width space can make two visually identical usernames different, which is useful for testing and dangerous in production. The result reports the exact code point so a generated string can be identified later. Copying the result is the only way to use it; the page itself shows nothing visible by design.
