Tools Hub

Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms describe how Tools Hub may be used, in plain language, and match what the site actually does today.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use for personal or commercial work. There is no account to create, no fee to pay and no attribution requirement. You may not use the site to break the law, to attack the service, or to present a tool’s output as something it is not — for example by removing the caveats a page states about its own limits.

Your content stays yours

Every published tool runs in your browser, so the text you paste and the files you open are never received by this site. What you create with a tool is yours to keep and reuse, and no claim is made over it. You remain responsible for the material you process and for the rights you hold in it.

Real limits, and checking results

Each tool states the limits it enforces, such as a file-size ceiling or a page count, and the formats it accepts. Those limits are the real ones from the code. Results depend entirely on what you supply, so check anything consequential: a rounded sum, a re-encoded image or a reformatted document should be verified before you rely on it.

Availability and change

Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn, and no promise is made about uptime or uninterrupted availability. Draft pages that are still being reviewed are marked unlisted and are not advertised as available. If a tool changes in a way that alters its limits, its page is updated accordingly.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the site is professional advice — financial, tax, legal or otherwise — and no tool should be the sole basis for a decision that matters.

Privacy

What is and is not stored is set out on the privacy page: no accounts, no analytics collection, no advertising, and only small preferences kept in your own browser.

These terms do not name a governing law or a legal contact, because the project does not record details about the operator that those clauses depend on. Rather than state something untrue, this page says plainly that they are still to be supplied; the contact page lists exactly what is missing. This does not affect the terms above, which describe how the site actually works.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as tools are added or behaviour changes. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.

Frequently asked questions about these terms

How may I use the tools?

Use them freely for personal or commercial work. The text and files a tool produces are yours to reuse, with no licence fee and no attribution requirement, and nothing you create through a tool is claimed by this site.

Are the tools guaranteed to be correct?

No guarantee accompanies a free utility. Results depend on the input you supply, so verify anything consequential: a rounded sum, a re-encoded image or a reformatted document should be checked before you rely on it.

Who is responsible for the files I process?

You are. Because every tool runs in your browser, you keep both the originals and the results and you decide what to share. Keep a copy of any source file until you have confirmed the output is correct.

Will these terms change?

They may be updated as tools are added or behaviour changes. This page carries the date of its most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to your use.
